Three recordings in Czechia
5 June 2024
June 2024 is going to be a busy month as the MASTERTRACK team announces three recording sessions in the Czech Republic to record 15 works.
Ostrava, a vibrant city in the Czech Republic, known for its rich industrial heritage and cultural attractions is also home to the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra. We will return to record three new works for wind orchestra by Adam Roberts and Keiron Anderson.
From Ostrava, we head to the great cultural city of Prague to work on two recording sessions for new commercial clients. We will be recording works by Elgar, Rossini, Tchaikovsky, Farrenc and Prokofiev. As of 2024, Prokofiev’s works are public domain (in most countries, but not all!), so there is now much interest in synchronisation solutions. We are very pleased to be ahead of the curve by creating audio for the latest trends at the famous Smecky Music Studios.
Much as I’d like to say more about the Prague sessions, there are commercial sensitivities, so there will be further updates when the audio is mastered and cleared for release.
